Jubilation galore as Nigeria High Commission pays staff~NEWSEXTRA

Information reaching News Hub Mag! indicates that the hitherto tension pervading the Nigeria High Commission London located on 9 Northumberland Ave, Westminster, London WC2N 5BX, United Kingdom has given way to amity as staffs are paid their outstanding salaries.
It would be recalled that News Hub Mag! had exclusively reported weeks ago that staffers were planning to down tools over non-payment of salaries and again yesterday.
A cross-section of excited staff who spoke to News Hub Mag! on condition of anonymity expressed appreciation to all those who worked behind the scene to ensure that they received their salaries. 
Breaking the cheering news to News Hub Mag! on the phone, our source exclaimed, “We have been paid! Now, we can pay our bills and meet up with our other obligations both here and at home in Nigeria. 
“We just received part of our salary and there is a promise that we will receive the remaining before the week runs out. We are so grateful, extend our appreciation to all who stood with us during this trying time.”
Our source who spoke glowingly of the High Commissioner, Justice Oguntade, whom he described a listening leader who usually worked round the clock in making staffs happy and has the best interest of everyone at heart.
